Waste Water Treatment Plant

In response to the growing concern for climate change, GBP constructed a centralized waste water treatment plant which filters water used in the park so the runoff does not pollute the nearby river system. GBP’s efforts in responsible waste water management have been recognized by various groups such as the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Engineering Consulting Firms Association of Japan, and the Philippine Jaycee Senate.

The GBP is one of the most environment-friendly businesses and industrial parks in the country, boasting of a highly efficient waste water treatment plant (WWTP) which ensures that up to 3,000,000 gallons of daily run-off water from the locators and other facilities are converted into river quality water.

A 50-bed hospital (South Super Highway Medical Center) is also located on-site. GBP has an ambulance on standby to respond to medical emergencies. For more complicated cases, the nearby General Trias Hospital is only about 7 minutes away.

Fire Station

GBP's Fire Station is manned by 12 firefighters who act as first line of defense in cases of emergency. The GBP unit also works in tandem with the fire and rescue units from the three nearby municipalities of Trece Martirez, Amadeo, and Dasmariñas.

GBR Museum

A testament of the rich history of the Philippines, the GBR Museum is filled with an authentic collection of antiquarian 19th and 20th century photographs of old Manila, such as environs and scenes from the Philippine-Spanish War and World War II. The collection shows the Filipino forefathers’ way of life, struggle, heroism and triumph.

The exhibit’s centerpiece is the highly moving mural of the execution of Filipino national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal at Bagumbayan Field (Luneta) in 1896—a constant reminder of a Filipino’s martyrdom in the name of freedom. Click here to go the museum

Three of the Philippines’ biggest banks – Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Rizal Commercial and Banking Corporation (RCBC) – have branches inside the GBP offering local and international services.
